Our Story

Titanium Legal began operations in 2003.

With a fresh attitude and new look into what process service could be, Titanium Legal pushed past the minimal standards of process service, becoming a trusted and reliable service partner for debt collection agencies, law firms, government and property management companies across the Pacific Northwest.

A fresher, bolder, and more innovative Titanium Legal is breaking through the social stigma surrounding process serving, while showing financial sectors and legal corporations that we can do the job better, faster, and more professionally than our competitors. We are dedicated to the principal staples of what process serving has been since the formation of the United States Constitution.

Max Hawes

CEO
Max Hawes, CEO of Titanium Legal, has over a decade of experience in the legal and financial sectors.
 
He began his career as a Process Server in Lane County on his 18th birthday, and after college, advanced from a Commercial Banking Assistant to a Commercial Lending Officer in just three years. Max then returned to the family business, where he held key leadership roles, including President of Titanium Legal and CEO of KG Hawes (now MetaLynx).
 
In 2024, Max purchased Titanium Legal from his family, underscoring his commitment to provide innovative legal support services in the process service industry.
 
Max earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Sewanee: The University of the South and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
 
In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his fiancée Mackenzie and spending time outdoors skiing, biking, and surfing with family and friends.

Chris DeLess

CTO

Chris joined the Hawes Group in 1999 and has been instrumental to the growth of the Hawes Group companies. His contributions have introduced a number of technologies and procedures to handle issues ranging from security and integration, to matters of efficiency and convenience. He has expanded our web initiative by providing online tools and reporting for our clients, as well as developing intranet knowledge stores and applications to automate processes and create efficiencies that continue to give us our competitive edge.

Chris also oversees the architecture and development of all Titanium Legal Service products, and the proprietary technology in use with its sister company, MetaLynx.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical consultation for IT Managed Services offerings (i.e., Networking, Data Center, Security)
  • Collaborating with IT operations and executive leadership to support organizational IT needs.
  • Providing direction and representation to business venture partners (Onshore/Offshore) in support of KG Hawes initiatives.
  • Providing engineering consultation and direction.

Brigitta Hawes

Client Services Manager / UI Designer

Brigitta graduated with a degree in Multimedia Production and Design, and dual majored in Electronic Media at the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism.

Her responsibilities include providing support for the Titanium Legal’s leadership team in reaching their strategic client objectives.

For the last 10 years, Brigitta has regularly taken the lead in the designing of the user interfaces (UI) for many of our sister company’s, KG Hawes (NKA Metalynx) products. Her most recent UI endeavors were the creation of Titanium Legal’s new Client Portal and Server App.

Brigitta has been a part of the collection and process service industry for almost 40 years.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children and creating mixed-media projects.
