Agent Performance Associate
Titanium Legal is seeking a Full-Time “Agent Performance Associate” that is flexible, self-motivated, competitive, possesses the desire to learn, and wants to join a highly cohesive team. The field operations department is tasked with the Recruitment, Compliance, and Tracking of Service Agents. Service Agents are our remote individuals that contribute to the staple of our services we provide to our clients “process service.” During a normal workday phone calls, guidance, pulling / interpreting data, sending emails, recruitment, marketing, and advertising are all things you would experience regularly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and coordinate various forms of communication with Service Agents
- Compile and analyze large amounts of data
- Recruit and retain Service Agents
- Create and maintain effective recruitment strategies<
- Interview, train, and correct Service Agents
- Answer & Initiate Phone Calls
- Compose & Respond to Emails
- Compose & Respond to Texts
- Compile Data
- Post Recruitment Ads
- Assist in Recruitment Strategy
- Post Marketing Ads
- Assist in Marketing Strategy
- Conduct Meetings & Interviews
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter
- Team-Working Experience Preferred
- Excellent Customer Service
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proactive, High-Degree of Professionalism
- Valid US Driver’s License, with Clean Driving Record
